Congratulations! Now go to any web page of interest and click on the saved Bookmark to activate the Jodange Opinion Lens™ and below is what you should expect to see

1. I followed the instructions and added the Jodange Opinion Lens™ to my bookmarks. Why doesn't it appear on the page I'm watching?
Answer: The Jodange Opinion Lens™ is activated only when the bookmark is clicked. Upon clicking the bookmark, a process is being initiated and the Jodange Opinion Lens™ should appear within a few seconds.
2. I clicked the bookmark, the Jodange Opinion Lens™ image is blinking on the bottom right hand side and after stopping to blink I still can't see the lens
Answer: This might be a result of several reasons.
1. We found no opinions relevant to the page you are looking at so we avoid showing an empty Opinion Lens™.
2. There is a period of time in which your browser is waiting for the lens results from our servers. If this time has passed, the process is timed out and you will get no results. As we cache most of the results, you can try and refresh the page after a minute or so and see if you get the Opinion Lens™ for that page.
3. You might have encountered an error. If this is the case, please notify us about it by emailing support@jodange.com. Please include your email and the site you were visiting in order for us to better understand why the Opinion Lens didn't work.
3. After clicking the bookmark the page layout has changed. Why is that happening?
Answer: This should not happen. Please notify us about it by emailing support@jodange.com. Please include your email and the site you were visiting in order for us to better understand why the page layout was damaged.
4. I use Internet Explorer version 7 or 8 and when I scroll the page the Opinion Lens™ is having a "jumping" effect. Is it working properly?
Answer: Internet Explorer is not supporting the Opinion Lens™ positioning on some web pages due to technical reasons that don't relate to the Opinion Lens™ itself. In order to overcome these technical issues, we used a work around in order to still show the Opinion Lens™. The side effect of this work around is the "jumping" effect you see. This should not happen on all pages, but might happen in some.
